Jeff Hopper is an independent consultant with expertise in speech
recognition, telephony based in-bound & out-bound customer
self-service applications, CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
applications, multi-channel contact centers, call routing in call
centers and the supporting technologies.
Prior to founding SpeechSelfService.com Jeff had more than fifteen
years of contact center industry experience including 5 years at
Nuance Communications, as North American Director of Sales
Engineering and 5 years with Siebel Systems as a Sales Consulting
Manager. He has worked at IBM's Voice Product group and with
Varolii Corporation (formerly PAR3 Communications) one of the
largest providers of hosted event based notification in the US.
